- 平底鍋小火,將松子炒香,呈微微金黃色,放涼(被逼出的松子油會增加風味,不炒也可)
- 將九層塔的葉子摘下,留一點嫩梗沒關係,洗淨後用冷開水再沖洗一次(因為沒有加熱是生食,所以最好徹底洗乾淨)
- 將九層塔、松子、帕馬森、蒜頭和橄欖油加入食物處理機打碎,試吃
- 帕馬森起司已經有鹹味,鹽酌量使用
- 完成後,剩餘裝在密封罐,放冷藏保存
