- 柳橙 - 3 個
- 糖 - 1.5 杯
- 水 - 1.5 杯
做法
- 將柳橙用刷子徹底刷淨
- 切十字,剝皮並刮除一些白膜(個人喜好橙皮有點厚實口感,怕苦,可將白膜完全刮除)
- 將皮切成寬約 0.5 公分的條狀(形狀可依個人喜好,不規則也可)
- 小湯鍋裝足量的水,煮沸
- 將橙皮倒進沸水川燙 2 分鐘,撈起沖冷水
- 步驟 5 重複三次,去除皮的辛辣及苦味
- 將糖和水以1:1的比例倒進湯鍋,放入橙皮
- 用中火煮開,轉小火,將橙皮煮透,約 1 小時
- 每15分鐘攪拌一次,特別是最後15分鐘,煮到整鍋冒泡時,小心別燒焦,要勤攪拌,此時水分已經蒸發得差不多了
- 將橙皮攤在舖了烘培紙的架上,放一個晚上自然風乾
- 最後滾上一層融化的苦甜黑巧克力(Optional)
