我們另外加點了希臘的 Plomari 之酒 - Ouzo (茴香烈酒)。
一開始也不知道這是啥,只是問問服務生,希臘有甚麼特別的或傳統的飲料,於是他推薦了菜單上沒有的 Ouzo,我們懷著未知的心情嘗試了這杯小酒,呼~超濃的八角味,我啜飲了一口,開玩笑說 - 這該不會是希臘廚房的米酒吧! 哈哈~~很有民族風味的小酒。別看那白色一小杯,儘管只啜了一點點,我的舌頭也立刻感覺到它的辣嗆,酒精濃度頗高,到處吃的樂趣就在這裡啦,總是想要來點特別的,這個果然很特別,從來也沒想過酒和八角的組合是甚麼味道,原來是這樣啊,要成為一個有創意的煮飯婆,也是需要敞開心胸,試想各種材料的搭配,創造出餐桌上的無限美食~~y^^y
還好大雄媽擋著,不然這杯可能從餐前喝到甜點囉

希臘美食真是沒接觸過,突然發覺每個國家的美食也可嗅到一些當地風情,(ex:法國菜 美 浪漫; 日本料理 簡約細緻;台灣路邊攤 饒富人情味)....

除了每道菜 ㄌㄡ\ㄌㄡ\ㄉㄥ/的菜名可讓人多認識幾個單字外,Ouzo (茴香烈酒)還蠻想嚐一口的~~~~

回覆刪除你就買瓶小米酒然後把八角放進去泡兩個小時,大概就是那個味道了唄~試試
