藍爐因為是以小碟菜出名,它跟一般西班牙的 Tapas 菜色其實不盡相同,但是它具有 Tapas 一小碟一小碟的精神,所以大家把它歸類為 Tapas Bars。

裝潢典雅,走道寬敞
叮噹在之前的文章就提過,個人對 Tapas 有著一種痴迷,著魔似地愛著那一盤盤的小碟子擺滿桌,服務生像變魔術一樣,從廚房變出一道道漂亮精緻的小菜,而不是一大盤擺在你的面前,接下來的 30 分鐘以內,你的每一口食物味道都是一樣的,即使它是天上佳餚,吃到後來也因為失去新鮮感而無味了。

每當碟碟小菜擺在我面前時,我就像雙眼發亮地站在夜市口一樣,魷魚羹、排骨酥、蒙古小煎包、麻辣香腸、臭豆腐、珍奶、豆花,還有青蛙下蛋,每個小攤都去沾一點,而不會因為這道份量太多吃太飽而吃不了下一道。(想念台灣小吃中~~~泣)

言歸正傳,Blue Stove 是屬於比較中價位($$)的餐廳(含小費約 $30~35/人),它的廚師擺盤有法式的味道,跟伊利諾我們去過的兩家比較而言,Blue Stove 勝出,至於菜色,由於內容不盡相同,所以無法比較,但是整體而言,廚師除了有美感以外,他也是有一定的手藝的,再加上餐廳的裝潢也不俗,至於服務生嘛~ 雖然假掰的有禮,可見他認真工作的誠意,所以有機會我們還是會再來的~
