第一次看到這個名字, 是在 Tapas 餐廳的玻璃窗上, 超出我的單字範圍, 回家 Wiki 了一下才知道原來這是產自伊比利半島很有名的一種水果酒 ( Wine Punch), 難怪會出現在西班牙餐廳裡, 成份大約有:
- 紅酒 (最主要的部分)
- 水果 (檸檬, 柳橙, 蘋果, 鳳梨等)
- 糖類 (蜂蜜或白砂糖均可)
- 少量的別種酒類 (白蘭地, 或其他烈酒)
- 冰塊
分享這次製作的食材和步驟, (經過挑嘴大雄評鑑, 味道跟在餐廳裡的差不多唷~)
材料
- 紅酒 (Red Wine) - 1 瓶 (750ml)
- 檸檬 (Lemon) - 1 顆
- 萊姆 (Lime) - 1 顆
- 柳橙 (Orange) - 1 顆
- Rum - 1.5 cup
- 白糖 (White sugar) - 0.5 cup
- 柳橙汁 (Orange juice) - 1 cup
- 檸檬. 萊姆 . 柳橙, 冰過後切薄片
- Rum & 白糖攪拌均勻, 加入所有的水果薄片, 放在冰箱浸泡 2 小時 (讓水果泡出味道)
- 最後加入整瓶紅酒和柳橙汁攪拌均勻, 完成
