做法
- 將同色棉花糖和奶油放在醬汁鍋中,用微火加熱
- 奶油融化後,開始攪拌,直到棉花糖完全融化,立即熄火
- 趁鍋子尚有餘熱,將奶粉和蔓越莓乾倒入鍋中,快速攪拌,直到完全均勻,牛軋糖現身
- 利用紙棒以纏繞方式,將牛軋糖捲起,放在一片餅乾上
- 再拿另一片餅乾蓋上,將牛軋糖壓扁,擺在平台上放涼即完成
