材料
- 豬排 - 6 片
- 科學麵(王子麵、捏碎麵等均可使用) - 2 包
- 香草(迷迭香、蘿勒、蒔蘿等均可,喜歡什麼加什麼) - 大量
- 鹽 - 少許
做法
- 將科學麵捏碎,連同調味包,放入食物處理機
- 加入香草類(此處我加的是乾燥蘿勒),打到變碎,約1分鐘,調味粉完成
- 將豬排兩面灑點鹽,用手抹勻,
- 豬排兩面沾滿科學麵調味粉
- 熱油鍋,轉中火,將豬排放入,此時不要移動豬排
- 油煎至底部呈金黃色,再翻面煎至金黃
- 轉大火逼油,油鍋出現豬排出水的油滋聲,即可起鍋
