這裡每一季會換一次菜單,菜單上主要都是一些基本的法式菜餚,從飲料、前菜到甜點,每一類別有 3-5 種菜色可以選擇,也就是任意選搭成套餐,價格固定,看到很多學徒們在裡頭吃飯,因為學徒有優惠,一套只要 $5 喔,非常划算吧,點個麥當勞套餐也是這種價格,你會不選擇來這兒吃嗎?!

整套吃下來,叮噹比較有印象的是蜜桃口味的法式汽水和甜點巧克力夾心蛋糕,有別於美式汽水,法式汽水是真的 Soda 水加上蜜桃汁,淡淡地香氣,帶著法國式地淡淡優雅,而 Fondant 是叮噹下一次想學做的甜點,雖然對巧克力沒有特別喜好,不過切開那厚重的巧克力外衣,熱騰香濃的巧克力流出來,著實令我著迷,其餘菜色,能夠誇讚的就是擺飾還不錯,不過,味道並沒有特別地驚喜。整體而言,這套餐跟價格算是相得益彰囉~ 搜尋你家附近的藍帶廚藝學院,有機會去試試吧。
